Relaunch: DEFACTO X is again being presented at dmexco

The defacto.x group of companies, headed by its owner, is revising its brand identity, refining the impression made by its own brands and summing up its performance with the "Consumer Centricity" claim. 

Erlangen, 25.08.2015   defacto.x, Germany's largest CRM and dialogue marketing agency has repositioned itself under the umbrella brand name DEFACTO X, with a new corporate design and the "Consumer Centricity" claim.

"With the multitude of experts who are now helping the company to focus on its customers in both marketing and communication terms, our offering has grown in strength. This is why the term "Agency" has become too narrow for us", explains DEFACTO X partner Claus Schuster of the relaunch of the company group. "For us, it is therefore a logical continuation as part of our long term strategy to  sharpen our company group profile and present our   output in the future in the enormous context of consumer centricity."

DEFACTO X works alongside companies from the development to the implementation of their consumer centric strategy. This is how the company grouping offers solutions for all requirements, with the company now presenting serious customer orientation against the background of digitization. What is new is that the company group's own brands are redefined and positioned for existing service providers and agencies, with their specialist skills in their specialist fields.

At dmexco, the own brands, divided into three business fields, will be presented with their own corporate identity: the digital advertising business field with the DEFACTO smart reach and d3media brand names, the science & operations business fields with DEFACTO brand name relations, digital research and the cintellic consulting group, and the communication strategy/campaigns business field with the BE/ONE brand name. "Under the DEFACTO X roof, we will bundle all these services and consider expanding our range of services. This is how we will also help our customers in the future to experience consumer centricity", summarizes DEFACTO X partner Jan Möllendorf. 

Nothing has changed in the participation relationships of the individual plcs. Managing partners Claus Schuster and Jan Möllendorf will continue at the head of DEFACTO X.
